In children this is the most common cause. The infections can be viral or acute as in the case of sinusitis. It can also occur due to a foreign body as well as problem in the septum of nose. There can be growth in nose due to the presence of polyps or tumors which can be benign or malignant in nature.

One can apply pressure with the ice to stop bleeding like the use of blood vessels so that it may lead to constriction. If there is so much bleeding the patient must be taken to a doctor and it requires the use of few packs so that the bleeding can stop. The patients who are hyper tensive must take the medicines which can control the blood pressure. The most common cause of this disorder is nose picking which must be avoided.

How Bleeding of nose can be prevented?

It includes the avoidance of any irritating factor. One must avoid alcohol, tobacco and cigarette smoking along with the nose picking.
