  • To reduce pitta and preserve the health of hair, drink 1/3 cup aloe vera juice. Alternately, you can take 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel with a pinch of cumin 3 times a day for about 3 months.
  • Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow.
  • Mix equal amount of warm castor and almond oil and massage over scalp at least once a week.
  • To prevent bleached hair from turning green in the pool, wet the hair with clean water first or put condition in the hair so that it soaks up something else first befor it hits the pool water.
  • Try to use products with sunblock or wear a hat outside, it will protect your hair from damage.
  • Grind lime seeds and black pepper in equal number in some water and apply on the scalp regularly.
