It is defined as a condition in which there is an agenesis of the corpus callosum. It is a rare disorder. It is also referred as an ACLS. It is autosomal recessive in nature. It was first described by Albert Schinzel in the year in 1979.

It includes the poly dactly, multiple dysmorphic features, motor and mental retardation. There are other symptoms also.
